ZARAJ Return Policy


Returns & Eligibility

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, returns are possible. Items purchased from ZARAJ may, in most cases, be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the return request meets the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted

  • Personal care items and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  • A valid Track & Trace code must be included

  • Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense, regardless of region

  • ZARAJ reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund

  • You must notify us in advance before returning any item

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photographs upon opening the package to provide proof.

ZARAJ reserves the right to refuse returned items if there is any indication of use or damage not caused during shipping.


Easy Returns in 3 Steps

Step 1: Request a Return

Email us at contact@zaraj.com with the following:

  • Your #Order Number

  • Reason for return request

  • Photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your full name and delivery address

Do not send the package to the return sender's address. We will provide the correct return address once your request has been reviewed.

Step 2: Ship the Return

Send the product along with the return form to the return address we provide. A Track & Trace code is required for proof of shipment. Please ensure the return is sent within 14 days of notifying us.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Our commitment to sustainable shipping practices and the fact that outbound shipping is free means we cannot absorb return fees.


Important Note on International Returns

As our main logistics hub are based in Asia,USA,EUROPE, international return costs may be higher. If you have concerns, please contact us at contact@zaraj.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you with a suitable solution.


Withdrawal & Cancellations

According to EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Due to our automated fulfillment system, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order will be processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, you may still return the product once received—just follow the standard return process.

To withdraw from a contract, email us at contact@zaraj.com with a clear statement of cancellation and your order number. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges if any).


Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us right away so we can assist with a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Uncollected Packages

Packages not picked up at designated collection points will incur return fees, deducted from your refund. These items often cannot be resold, and return shipping costs will be billed to the customer. Failure to collect a package is treated as a return, not a cancellation.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.


Refund Timelines

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund via your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the funds.
